Starting on September 1st, 2026, I will be raising my rates for individual 50-min sessions to $150. Other rates will stay the same.

In-person sessions: To support COVID-conscious community efforts in reducing transmission risks, I will be wearing a KN95/N95 mask for all in-person sessions and an air purifier will be running at all times. Masking is not required but appreciated, and KN95s are provided if you wish to use them. Please do not attend in-person sessions if you or people around you are sick or experiencing symptoms. We can reschedule or switch to a virtual session instead.
